Just wanted to say congratulations, everyone seems to be off to a great start. We are all discovering the power that food has played in and over our lives knowingly and unknowingly. As you take back command over what you consciously place in your mouth, you are emotionally transforming yourself, as well as physically strengthening your body and mind. Plus, I can’t wait to see some before and after photos. So maybe take a picture of your face, body, and any other area you would like to see transformed into a healthy vital appearance.

We all have certain things we want from life and I believe that on a certain level we desire optimum health and for that reason we’re involved in this detox community. Remembering always that we are in command of our bodies and that our body responds to what it consumes. During these 28 days and beyond, I’m looking forward to a renewed sense of this command we have over our bodies and a renewed outlook on the healing power of food. Eat to live!!!
